Builders Association of Greater Lafayette

Pat Richard has been a member for 6 years and has served on the board. He is also the current President.

Indiana Builders Association

Pat attends the annual state leadership conference and continuing education worshops and classes. He also serves on the State Board of Directors.

Pat Richard became a Certified Gradaute Builder in 2007. Certification requires passing of a builder assessment review test, 12 credit hours of course work and 12 credit hours of continuing education every 3 years.
